I've been listening to some throwback music. These above quoted lines from a little known band named Spirit really ring true for me.
Almost half the year is over. How are you doing? Are you meeting your annual goals, both personal and business?
When you get to be my age and older time is always way to fast.

I'm a third of the way to my goal for the year. I didn't anticipate the slowing market in our area, but I'm still going to try and knock it out. If I reach for the goal, I'll get farther than I would have just throwing up my hands and taking what comes my way.
yeah.. I'm not close to half way toward my business goals. I'm going to really have to kick it in gear in the second half... amn't I?
Interesting. I had record-breaking years in 2015 and 2016 -- but not this year. Maybe it's not just me ..
Wait, half the year is over already? We are doing fine, but not as well as last year. We should meet our goals but probably not exceed them at this point. This year has been so weird with lots of unsteady buyers and really difficult transactions. We've had more terminations this year than any year I can remember except for the short sales years. -Kasey
Pretty darn close to half of the year. It sneaks up on you with pussy-cat feet.
If you try to figure that out, it'll disappear even faster.
Alan- I'm making a copy of these oh-so-true words. I can remember when I was a little kid and Saturdays seemed to be the longest day of the week. And now, every day rushes by too fast.
They do seem to be a blur these days, don't they?
