*Orlando home sales increased 14% in May 2017 compared to May 2016
*Median price jumped 7.4%
*Inventory dropped 16.8%
*Small increase of 1.2% homes available May 2017 compared April 2017
*Interest Rates dip from 4.11% to 4.09% (May 2017 compared April 2017
*Distressed homes (foreclosures/short sales) 31% less than May 2016
*Overall Inventory of Homes decreased 16.8% compared to May 2016
16.2% fewer single homes
22.5% fewer condos
*Current Inventory: 2.30 month supply of homes in Orlando (May 2017)
3.15 month supply of homes (May 2016)
