You guys are all so nice to welcome me. I fully intend to jump right in here. I have been on Active Rain so many times reading so much and learning lots from so many different people. I don't know why I never joined before. And by the way, that glamour shot doesn't really look like me. I told the photographer that I didn't know who that girl was, but I thought she was cute and I picked that picture! Seriously, it is me, but I have never looked in the mirror and seen myself like that! My husband thinks it is false advertising!
But back to Real Estate. I believe the internet is the future of so many opportunities for all of us and am eager to learn more about how to capitalize on it. I will be looking at all the groups and discussions on the topic and joining lots of groups soon. If any of you have any great ideas on the best ones (I know there are hundreds), let me know your thoughts.
