Wow...now there's a reason to make sure the loan closes on time. There's a credit union here in Florida that is doing the same thing.

We are glad to do anything that we can to make our Buyer's offers stand out.  I have seen a few companies over the years offer something to the Buyer but I have never seen the Seller included too.
