Home Prices in Mission Viejo 6/18/2017
This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 8.4 percent, for new homes up 0.3 percent and for resale condos up 12.6 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 1.0 percent and down 3.0 percent on condos and down 12.8 percent for new homes.
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.5 percent and the sales volume is down 27.2 percent.
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 4.8 percent and the sales volume is up 9.6 percent.
•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 7.8 and the sales volume is down 6.3 percent.
•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 9.0 percent and the sales volume is up 6.0 percent.
•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 12.6 percent and the sales volume down 8.8 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 0.5 percent and the sales volume is down 15.9 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 8.0 percent and the sales volume is down 0.0 percent.
The Fed rate increased its rate by a quarter point. This will effect the market for a couple of weeks as buyers look to find out and adjust to what they can purchase. No massive changes in the market this week.
