Alii Kai 1101 is available for $459K. The sale before this was in 12/03 for $365K. It was listed before from 7/13 to 7/14 for $459K and again from 6/15 to 11/16 starting at $569K and reducing to $488K

Back on the Market:

Orchid Point #C is back on the market after expiring. It is priced at $3.799M and has not sold since being developed in 2011.

Contingent:

Puamana 6C was 17 priced at $395K as it went into escrow this week. The seller paid $320K for this unit in 7/14.

Emmalani Court 415 went into escrow with a list price of $499,900. The last sale was for $385K in 2/12.

It only took 17 days for Plantation 1211 to go into escrow while priced at $649K. The seller paid $523,993 from the developer in 1/06.

Purchased in 5/12 for $519,500, Pali Ke Kua 141 is in escrow while priced at $695K.

Sales:

Hale Honu 2A sold for $355K while listed for $375K. The prior sale was in 7/10 for $204K.

Price Changes:

Sealodge B6 went from $499K to $479K. The most recent sale was in 12/15 for $310K. Kamahana 7 reduced another $5K down to $489,950. The prior sale was in 12/10 for $235K. Puu Poa 102 made a $5K reduction to arrive at a new price of $1.294M. The unit sold for $920K in 7/13.

3959 Kalakaua Place is available for $825K since selling for $675K in 2/13. 4206 Kinau Place was purchased for $320K in 12/00 and is newly listed for $849K. 4179 Kamalani Lane is listed for $1.295M and sold before for $348,500 in 6/90.

Contingent:

It only took 32 days for 5362 Honoiki to go into escrow while priced at $1.350M. The prior sale was in 12/97 for $400K.

Sales:

3998 Aloalii was purchased for $1.095M in 8/14 and sold again this week for $1.225M while listed for $1.350M.

4226 Kinau Place sold for $1.430M cash while priced at $1.496M. The seller bought this home for $1.175M in 12/13.

Price Changes:

3981 Aloalii reduced by $245K, and is now listed for $2.450M. The last purchase was in 6/15 for $1.450M. 3771 Punahele is now $3.490K, down from $3.7M. The seller bought this home for $1.450M in 10/06.

That’s it for this week’s update. This week also brought Hokule’a back home after an epic journey around the world using only the stars, ocean swells and winds as guides. During her 3 year voyage, Hokule’a traveled more than 40,000 nautical miles, visiting 150 ports in 23 countries. We were fortunate in being able to witness Hokule’a's return and share in the pride of such an immense accomplishment.
