As of 6/19/17 there are currently only 12 listings in all of Ada County that are bank owned properties for sale.
Foreclosures used to be in abundance here in the Treasure Valley, but as the economy has grown, the housing market has stabilized and then appreciated, foreclosures have become few and far between. As you can see, in a market where there are 2,569 properties for sale in Ada County (this includes all types - residential, income, land, etc) only 12 of them are listed as foreclosures. Ada County has an estimated population of 444,028 according to the Ada County official site and includes the cities of Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna & Garden City.
Besides these 12 which are showing active on market, there are currently 8 pending, for a total of 20 bank owned properties right now in all of Ada.

The numbers I have given are as of my search right now, but homes are listed, go pending, come back on the market or go off market regularly so these numbers will fluctuate and will be reflected as such in the live links to my website.
