Just mowing the grass does not do it!

Reblogger Vern Eaton
Real Estate Agent

William Feela makes some great points.

Pride is more than once in a while.

It is a habit that you have and a feeling you get from job well done.

You can try and hide it but if you don't have pride...the truth will pop out when it is least wanted.

Pride in owner ship is more than just mowing the grass.

The grass is short but it is over a foot high around the trees.

Pride is much more than that.

Trimming the grass needs to be doe every time.

Discoloration will give you away as not having that pride.

Sweeping the cut grass off of the sidewalk.

Pulling a few weeds out of the sidewalk and driveway.

I could go on and on, but i don't like to kill the subject.

Pride in ownership is an on going habit.  One that may make you look at your home in a different light and make you decide to stay.

Vern, this was a great post to re-blog, and pride of ownership does start with the exterior and move to the interior!
