Century Farm is a new development in Meridian in the South West Boise/South East Meridian area off of Eagle Rd & Amity. It is an 87 acre community with 675 building lots.
Amenities include a city park, an in ground community pool and easy freeway access. It is close to shopping, has a new elementary school and will be next to the newest YMCA. There is also land adjacent for a future High School, yet to be determined. It is within West Ada School District.

111 have sold & closed so far. 54 of those were in 2017 and the rest in 2016.
