- Water and wells
- Septic tanks
Many people think new construction does not need to be inspected because the local township or authority is checking the work and issuing a certificate of occupancy. However we have had many new homes inspected by clients only to find issues in the construction process that need to be corrected.
It can be easy to be misguided in saving a few hundred dollars to waive the inspection process but there are many stories of issues being uncovered during the inspection process that have saved the buyers hundreds of thousands of dollars.
