Vacant homes...You can still successfully find a buyer!

By

Many times my clients must leave their homes for their new destination prior to finding a buyer for their current home.  This always bring the question about whether or not to bring in someone to help them stage their home which can be very expensive.  For a home that would be considered a luxury home, it may be the best thing to do since the return can be much greater.  It may also make sense to stage just a couple of rooms in a home with difficult spaces...spaces that are difficult for buyers to imaging their things in the home.  I am constantly doing research looking for ways to help my clients to sell their home as quickly as possible for the highest list price.

This morning I found this terrific blog written by Kathy Streib, an agent in Florida.  She has some fantastic ideas!  I hope that you find it helpful too!

What can I do if I can't stage my vacant home?

I hope that you find this helpful!  If you are thinking of buying or selling in the Charleston SC area or just have a question give me a call, shoot me an e-mail or visit either of my websites, Charleston SC Area Real Estate or Find My Charleston Home, Restaurant, Recreation, School .

Have a blessed day!

Good morning, Cheryll Woods-Flowers vacant homes are always in demand for those who need quick occupancy.... and we stage our vacant homes with virtual staging.... we have that online and we enlarge a photo of each room and place it on an easel.... it's a big hit!!

Vacant homes around here tend to sell quickly.  It's easier sometimes to visualize where your things are going to go without someone else's things in the way.  Great blog...thanks for sharing!

Cheryll, vacant homes are a tad more difficult to sell, and nice when they can be staged to showcase the property.  Great post.
