No One Will See The Inside If The Curb Appeal Is So Bad

Great shout-out for Lowe's Garden Center, Bob. We all know how important curb appeal is...sadly some sellers do not seem to realize this.

Hi Bob, 

I am with you!  10% to 20% - WOW! Lots of money on landscaping. Those are the kinds of numbers you may see for a new homeowner coming in and wanting to do a make over. I have found that you can do an awful lot with between $200 to $500 for a landscaper to come out trim everything including some pruning and adding color and even purchasing some colorful rich looking pots. If the front door needs painting ....paint it!

BTW - Nice quality of sound! You did a great job with the mikes. Sounds professional. 

Curb Appeal can be the deciding factor on why a buyer will even bother taking a look at a house! Thanks for sharing this radio show with us.

Great professional job! Curb appeal is so important..if you don't Wow them when they drive up most likely the showing goes down hill from the time you open the door!

Buyers figure if the front yard looks a mess then the inside must be just as much of a mess or worse. Sellers that take the time & minimal expense to spruce up the front yard stand a much better chance of having potential buyers want to look inside.

You are so right.  If the front is a dump, they won't make it past the front door.

How cool is that.  My son works in the Garden Center of our local Lowes here in Sacramento County.
