Mark, what a truly wonderful way to check in this morning on ActiveRain and be greeted by such beauty and friendship! My husband was just commenting this morning about our Swallowtail that was visiting my flowers on the deck outside of our dining room and I had just gotten some photos a couple of days before. I know those flowers as I have some, but they haven't bloomed just yet...can't tell you what they are, but I love them as they seem so tropical. 

Butterflies mean something very special to me, and I always feel as if a dear departed friend is saying hello when they pass right near me, which happens often. Had one leading the way the other day down the dirt road I was driving on...showing me the way to go I guess! 

Mark, I haven't been in the Rain much, either, so this was a great and delightful surprise to be hearing from you and to be included with some truly iconic AR peeps!

Funny how the friendships we make here in the Rain stick with us in our leisure time and we find ourselves thinking of this or that AR member.
