Liberty Hill Properties gone already?

The properties in Liberty Hill are increasing in value on a daily basis. I have several buyers that are looking for property and before the buyers decide to get a contract completed the property is gone. Which is great for our market but it makes it where the buyers don't have the time that they need to think about the purchase prior to making an offer. The properies out in the Liberty Hill area are going so fast that we need to get more sellers to want to sell their homes. The family ranches are selling and new trac built homes are coming in but most of my clients prefer custom home built subdivisions.
