Part of the real reasons I love selling condos at Riva on the River is because I know the layout of every street and I can easily drive straight to any condo. Some condo complexes, it's easy to get lost driving in circles, especially when one does not consult the map at the entrance. Plus, I have actually read the HOA regulations; I keep an extra copy on hand.
I feel competent to answer questions from buyers because I've seen every floor plan. I have specific knowledge about why some condos sell for more than others. And last, I've sold a bunch of Riva condos. Why, I recall when the prices were $100,000 at the bottom of the market in 2011. Today, they are almost 3 times that much, and it makes me wish I had bought every single condo I sold back then.
