Speed, Power & Agility Training for High School Athletes

Providence Gorge Spine and Sports Medicine is offering Speed, Power and Agility Training (SPAT) for high school athletes.  Hood River Valley High School Athletic Trainer Chris Rogers is the lead trainer for the program; other Gorge Spine & Sports Medicine trainers and physical therapists will also be assisting in providing training and instruction. It costs nothing to participate.  This is a fantastic opportunity for local high school athletes to get valuable training to improve their conditioning and fitness.

Cost: No Cost, Free to participants

When: June 26 through August 10, 2017  --> Mon, Wed, and Thurs for high school athletes

Time:  8:00 - 9:30 am and/or 5:30 - 7:00 pm  

Location:  Hood River Valley High School football field (use the gym parking lot entrance)
