I live in Mulberry on 40 acres just off of Rock Creek Road. We had a hail storm and heavy rains about a month ago. It rained so much it washed the bridge out on the way to our house. We are only 4 miles from the interstate, only 1 ml was gravel. Since the bridge is out we have to go 7mls of gravel road to Graphic then go to Alma. The Crawford County Judges office said it will be 6 monhts before they get it fixed. The Crawfod County lost over $800,000 of gravel in the heavy rains. Channel 5 News in Fort Smith said more to come tomorrow. It really seems like their has been several storms and severe weather lately.

Yep...same here. The weather is getting a little scary. A sign of the times, maybe.

Debbie, Sorry for the rotten luck. There was a post not too long ago about the dangers of traveling through washouts, so I'm glad that was not your case. Hang in there.

Linda, I agree with you it is scary. I am thinking about the sign of the times also.

Thanks Pat, We are fishman also. However with the cost of diesel we have had to limit our trips. Since the bridge is out we can go to the lake that is within a mile.
