NEED SALES PRICE AND APPROXIMATE LOAN AMOUNT TO PROVIDE QUOTE

By
Title Insurance with West Little Rock Title Company

Thank you to those of you that have contacted me for a quote on properties in Arkansas. There are only a couple of things that I need to know in order to work up your quote:

1)  Need to know the sales price of the property

2) Need to know the buyer's approximate loan amount (or if a cash transaction)

3) Need to know the street address of the property, or county where the property is located

Upon receipt of the above basic information, I can provide you with a quote in a timely manner. Good luck on your contracts!! Let me know if I can help you further. Thanks so much!!

Stacy...as I mentioned to you long ago...I interviewed several title companies before deciding on where to send my business and YOU by far have exceeded my expectations.  Everytime one of my agents closes somewhere else and has problems I tell them "That wouldn't have happened if you'd of gone to Stacy".  THANKS For Always doing a GREAT JOB !

You're so welcome. I'm glad we have pleased you with our services here. We try hard. I think, just the ability to be flexible means a lot. In other words, if you need to close at 7 pm, I'll be here.

Stacy, information is the key. Almost should have a program online that they could complete the questions you need for an online quote, not sure if that would work or not.

Duane --We are having our existing web-site (from 96) up-dated currently, and the new site should have that capability. I am hoping to have it up and running by summer-end.
