Home Prices in San Clemente 6/25/2017

This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.3 percent, for new homes up 0.7 percent and for resale condos up 13.3 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 5.5 percent and up 1.7 percent on condos and down 16.4 percent for new homes.  

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 8.6 percent and the sales volume is down 15.4 percent.

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 4.6 percent and the sales volume is up 5.0 percent.

•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 8.7 and the sales volume is down 8.0 percent.

•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 7.2 percent and the sales volume is up 7.0 percent.

•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 3.9 percent and the sales volume down 0.0 percent.

•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 5.0 percent and the sales volume is down 10.9 percent.

•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 14.8 percent and the sales volume is up 1.9 percent.

The County is much better off this week.  We are seeing a return to a positive increase in the market.  Sales prices are all up with the exceptation of San Clemente 92672.  About have of the South Orange County cities are showing a negative in sales volume.
