Elva working with short sale isn't an easy gig for agents or the clients involved. I know of what you speak because we helped people through shorts during our down market. One of the first things I used to say - this is NOT a reflection on you. You've done everything right all your life, you're a good person. You simply got stuck in a bad situation with about 60% of the rest of our town.  You will get through this situation! And they did and are all doing well now! Your clients are very lucky to have you on their side!
