There are clients that become part of your family, and this is the case with these Buyers. I met the husband's family in 1999 when they relocated from Colorado Springs, and watched him grow into a wonderful man, Husband and Father. Knowing the wife and daughter are icing on the cake! Have loved being their Realtor Mom and assisting them with another purchase.
Having worked with them on previous home purchases, I know what the goal is, and what their dream home would look like. It only took a few trips out and found just the RIGHT HOME. Sometimes the Buyer gets the benefit of a Seller being relocated. This is the case with this home, as the Sellers have only been in their brand new home for 6 months, and got relocated back to Maryland.
