If you look beyond the blooming petunias, you'll see an antique bicycle planter that was lovingly passed down to an appreciative friend of mine. The planter belonged to her grandparents and it is treasured by the family.
You know I HAD to take the picture. No flower left unphotographed.

Joe Pryor and Will Hamm ~ It is an old planter designed to hold flowers, just a little rusty. I didn't know bicycle planters had been around that long. They sell new ones now in many retail decor stores.
Ruth Vogt ~ I faithfully pinch the spent blooms from my daylilies. I don't know why I haven't had much luck with petunias because they are supposed to be easy to grow. I must let them get too dry.

I love that - "No flower left unphotographed!" I only wish I was a better photographer and could capture flowers as well as you!
