The Enclave in Canyon Creek is one of the most desired gated sections of the Canyon Creek neighborhood in NW Austin because of the low maintenance for those not interested in yard care. There are only 43 garden homes and are made up of single and two story homes all constructed in Austin white stone with 2 car garages. The Enclave HOA takes care of mowing, edging, trimming, sprinklers (in the front yards to their respective fences) and gate operation. The Enclave dues are $1,445 a year plus $400/year to Canyon Creek HOA for use of the pool, lighted tennis courts and park (they have a gate from their homes for easy access to pool and tennis courts).

Nearby attractions include Lakeline Mall, the Domain and Trails at 620 is right around the corner for a trip to the Movie Eatery, Redfin Restaurant, Napa Flats and so much more! The Enclave is close to Lake Travis, The Oasis, Hudson’s on the Bend, 827 Rays and many lakeside restaurants and marinas of Lake Austin and Lake Travis. Churches, grocery and close to employers….what more could you ask for?

What schools do students attend in the Enclave?

Students living in the Enclave attend schools in the highly respected LISD home to Grandview Hills Elementary, Four Points Middle School and Vandegrift High School.

What is The Enclave’s geographical location and price range of homes?

You can access The Enclave off Hwy 620 between Anderson Mill Rd and Hwy 2222 on Boulder Lane (which is a loop accessing Hwy 620 at each end). The price ranges from the low $300,000 to the low $400,000’s depending on upgrades and floor plans.

What is The Enclave’s real estate market like?

There are currently no homes for sale or closed in 2017. In 2016 there were 3 homes sold, 4 homes sold in 2015 and 4 homes sold in 2014. Homes priced and staged right will obtain offers quickly, often with multiple offers.
