It is close to the foothills and the Rivers to Ridges Trails, the Boise River, the greenbelt, Idaho Shakespeare festival, Lucky Peak Reservoir, which includes Sandy Beach & Discovery Park, swimming, boating, water skiing, fishing & more. It is also close to Downtown Boise (the North End) as well as Bown Crossing. Restaurants, shopping & the culture of our wonderful city are just minutes away.  It is a master planned community that has been in various phases for many years and currently has both existing resale as well as new construction available. It is within the Boise School District.
