Helping Caifornia Home Owners Avoid Foreclosure and Mortgage Assistant

So many home owners are frustrated and worried about their mortgages and don't know quite where to turn.  I feel that it is our responsibility to help them and provide them with some knowledge.  With that in mind, I would like to share a great web site that I like to refer to anyone that may be facing foreclosure.  It's California's own web site and it has a wealth of information.  It has contacts with various lending associations, tips for avoiding foreclosures, common myths, credit counseling information, etc.. etc.
