Ironwood and Granite Heights by Toll Brothers now have model homes open in the Cliffs Village, one of the newest areas in the master-planned community of Summerlin.
The village is named for the cliffs and ridgeline that forms the backdrop from the Spring Mountains to the west. The Cliffs is located on Hualapai Way near the 215 Beltway for easy access to all parts of the Las Vegas Valley.
Ironwood is a gated all single-story home neighborhood of 77 homes designed in rugged contemporary design that works with the scenery in the area. The third floor plan is called The Jade – with 2,823 square feet and offers three bedrooms, 3 ½ baths , three –car garage and offers a choice of a private courtyard or and large covered patio.
Granite Heights is also a gated neighborhood with 85 single-story homes with prices starting in high $700,000s. These homes were designed with modern luxury in mind and layout for maximum mountain views. There are open floor plans with 10-16 foot ceilings and lots of indoor/outdoor spaces. The models offer from three to five bedrooms and from three to five baths
The Onyx floor plan offers 3,156 square feet of space with a private entry courtyard plus a space that can be used as a den or office. The Quartz floor plan is 3,291 square feet that features expansive sliding doors for indoor/outdoor living opening up the great room up to a large covered patio. The master bedroom has a well-appointed master bath and huge walk-in closet. Other bedrooms each have a bath and walk-in closet. The Topaz offers 3,238 square feet with a master bedroom that features a sitting area, dual walk-in closet along with a lavish master bath.
