Dave Halpern yes, and they are the BUILDER's representative. They are super nice and helpful though, so they seem very unassuming ;-) We have helped many buyers with new construction and in some cases have had to really fight for them and remind builders of their promises (both verbal & contractual). Builders and their staff are experts at negotiating price, terms, lot location, floorplans, options and amenities. Buyers NEED professional Realtors on their side to be exclusively look out for the buyer's interests.
