New Listings:
Puamana 25C is newly listed for $395K. The last purchase was for $325K in 12/03.
Back on the Market:
Pali Ke Kua is unfortunately back on the market after going into escrow on 4/22. Priced at $499K, the seller purchased this unit for $585K in 9/08.
Contingent:
Kaiulani 43 went into escrow after 236 market days priced at $1.225M. The prior sale was in 6/11 for $1.175M.
Alii Kai 11B is in escrow with a sales price of $439K. The last time this unit sold was in 7/05 for $595K.
Kamahana 7 is in escrow. It is priced at $489,950 and was purchased in 12/10 for $235K. Nihilani 23C found a buyer after 158 days while on the market priced at $768,500. The seller paid $604K for this unit in 1/16.
Sales:
Alii Kai 2104 sold for $513K while priced at $549K. The sale before this was for $440K in 3/14.
Pali Ke Kua 238 had a list price of $699K and sold for $670K. The purchase before this was in 4/13 for $559K.
Under Contract:
Emmalani Court 415 moved from contingent to under contract and should be moving soon. It is priced at $499,900.
Withdrawn:
Villas of Kamalii has been on the market 868 days, available for $639K. It was withdrawn this week. The unit was purchased for $586K in 4/04.
Price Changes:
