With 48 home showings at 11 Rosemary Dr. in two days it was an overwhelming buying frenzy for this sought after North Kingstown RI home.  Cute as a button with a great backyard area, marketing drew the buyers in en masse to the Open House held.

 

The house closing above asking price with many disappointed buyers unfortunately.  The home sellers were ecstatic having already moved on to the new home I had found for them as they needed a larger home now.  Congratulations to buyers and sellers in this RI real estate market.
