Kathleen Daniels ~ thanks, Kathleen. I have never really done short sales... just now my "thing." We have very few of them these days. This particular client was referred to me by another past client. I knew he'd have to sell short and told him I'd do the marketing of the home, but he'd have to hire Wilde Law Firm, who are the top short sale attorneys in the Carolinas to handle the short sale aspect of it. I did a great job and sold the home quickly and Wilde Law did a great job negotiating out the sale.

Inna Ivchenko ~ thanks, Inna. We listed last week of February and immediately had multiple offers the first week. We fully accepted and processed all the contract paperwork to submit to lender three weeks later. We received approval for the sale third week of June (so about three months from contract submission) with a closing deadline of July 6th.

I am an expert at marketing and an expert at finding the right people to make things happen. So my deal with my client was I'd do the marketing, initial contract negotiating and we would hire the top short sale attorney in the Carolinas to do the rest.
