Our Atlanta lux market is stalling.  Longer DOM for anything at $1M+ and a constant stream of price reductions leading to expired listings.  Builders keep building and targeting lux Buyers.  However, after several years of unsustainable and inflated list prices across resales and new construction, Buyers are giving pause and starting to push back against the nonsense.        

For these reasons, I do see a shift taking place and I welcome it!
