Today, July 7th, is World Chocolate Day! It's one of my favorite days of the year, for sure! Of course, as far as I'm concerned EVERY DAY of the year should be Chocolate Day, if not a full national holiday! Afterall, isn't chocolate one of the primary food groups? And if it isn't, it sure should be!

Lately, we've been hearing that dark chocolate is actually a "super food " with tons of health benefits. If these health benefits don't give you an excuse to eat some chocolate today and every day, I don't know what will.
By the way, if you haven't yet discovered Lilly's dark chocolate, which is sugar free, you should check it out--totally sinful and you'd never know you are missing out on the sugar! Pleasure without the guilt! You can order Lilly's chocolate on-line, but if you live in the Charlotte metro area, Fresh Market and Harris Teeter stores carry it.
I recently came across a great article on five creative and healthy ways to incorporate chocolate into your diet. Once again, pleasure with out the guilt!
Remember those Got Milk? and Eat More Chickin! ads? Persnally, I can pass on the milk and chicken. Instead, here's my mantra: Got Chocolate! and Eat More Chocolate!
