Hi Sheila and Larry - some people(including me) are just fine with a complex with no or few amenities but with a nice ambiance and conveniently located. This condo in Willow Wood seems as if it will attract a lot of attention and smart buyers interested in it or any Long Island real estate should contact you while it's still available.
