So what do the stats indicate about Mason Ohio condo sales?

Key takeaways this month:

For the first time in months, a significant jump in the number of Mason condos for sale. But even then, 24 isn't exactly a huge number is it? 21 completed sales wasn't the best June, but nor was it the worst. Another 25 condos under contract should mean July will be close to equal with June's sales.
2 condos sold below $100k and 7 above $200k.
Time to sell is still VERY fast, with half under contract in 7 days or less. The average was just under four weeks.
There ARE some new construction opportunities not reflected in the 24 condos for sale, but they're going to cost you around $300,000 or more. Lakeside Cove, Fox Hollow and Beacon Hill offer new construction opportunities if you've got the budget for them. Fyi, Lakeside Cove is almost completed. Distressed condos (foreclosures and short sales) for sale continue to remain nonexistent. None have sold in several months and only one is currently for sale.

So what does this mean to you as a Mason Ohio condo owner?

NO CHANGE FROM THE PAST FEW MONTHS. Bottom line: SELLERS HAVE THE EDGE!! With almost no condos for sale the good ones are being snapped up quickly and for very little discount off asking price. Especially in the $225k and below price range. Sub $100k condos that are not updated might take longer to sell.
