Easy Agent Pro OR Real Geeks | Which one works the best?

Easy Agent Pro | Real Geeks Case Study

For the last 7 years, I have been hearing great things about Real Geeks. I agreed to do PPC management for free so I could get access to a Real Geeks website. I have also seen ALOT of questions here on active rain about Easy Agent Pro which is another Real Estate Lead Generation website. EAP has done a tremendous job in terms of online marketing and if you haven't heard of them yet you will soon enough.

They also provide access to a live website. I hired a couple of new employees to manage my existing client accounts, cleared my schedule and spent a couple of months analyzing these two real estate lead generation website providers.

Comparision Graph Between Easy Agent Pro and Real Geeks

RESULTS First - Data Second.

Real Geeks was the winner but not by as much as I would have thought originally.  Real Geeks is the best website you can lease that will allow you to pursue some SEO rankings. Easy Agent Pro EDUCATES you AND demonstrates with their own marketing program that they truly understand how Google Ranking works.  EAP is a significantly newer company and even if you don't understand the numbers below you can see they SIGNIFICANTLY dominate Real Geeks.

Organic Rankings for Real Geeks

Here is my three-minute SUMMARY on why I selected Real Geeks as the best "lease to never own but generate you leads" website.

I produced a video for EACH category getting into extreme detail. My review of direct advertising capabilities including RUNNING a PPC campaign for a client and checking conversion rates. You can find all NINE of these videos on a special playlist on my INBOUNDREM YOUTUBE channel. You can see the full review here ---> https://inboundrem.com/real-estate-lead-generation-websites/ this includes the youtube videos and charts all as part of the blog post. No need to go to 2-3 places if you're interested in learning more about either of these real estate lead generation websites.

As always I welcome your comments and I will happily get into deeper detail as many if not most you are intimately aware :-).

Formatting has been tough for months now.   I have Real Geeks for 2+ years and have had many leads.   I have put 300+ pages of content on my web site, plus many videos.    Very happy with it.

Interesting Robert, now what value is there per lead in the Los Angeles market like some FB marketers say a lead is worth X dollars? Endre

Endre Barath, Jr. The value of the lead will be dependent on the geo-specific organization. Here (roughly) is how it would work. Let's say you get a lead in Holmby Hills where home prices start at 10 million. Close ratio(I have a client that works that area) is about 1 in30. So lead value comparatively to a buyer's side commission is 10k. That's a specialized albeit REAL example. Most of the time if I am advising a Los Angeles based client I would be saying never to go above $120 for a raw lead. Lots of factors might change that advice though.

So with that said if you looked at it with these two platforms to do a part of Los Angeles  like the West Side or Century City than it would be a bargain??Endre

Thanks for the comprehensive comparison.  I was looking at both platforms and am now leaning towards Real Geeks.

Robert Newman , this is awesome information. I have been teaching myself WordPress as it has been a personal goal of mine for some time. The end goal is to perhaps build my own website. I make use of the free Placester website we get through the NAR, but that is really just a shell with IDX support. I was searching for reviews of other IDX websites and was brought back to this AR blog, How fortuitous! I gathered a lot of useful information that and racked up points to boot! #winnerwinnerchickendinner

Krista Jenkins, REALTOR® Wow. Thats awesome! Did this review a couple of years ago but I think the service offerings are exactly the same so the info should still be good. Grateful you found it helpful.
