Champion Hills Area Homes
Today I went to look at some homes in Champion Hills, and while I was out there I drove through some other neighborhoods in the area. Homes in Champion Hills are ranging from the Mid-300's into the 3 Million dollar range for sale. There is certainly a good variety of styles and prices to meet everyone's wants and needs. Some homes have nice wooded lots for low maintenance and some come with views that will knock your socks off. Today I looked at one home in the mid $400,000 range, and two town homes, in the same price range. It was a real treat to drive through the winding roads and see all of the beautiful yards full of color. Champion Hills is a meticulously maintained community of luxury homes, and a must see if you are looking to purchase in this price range. Located just a 15 minute drive from Hendersonville, yet it maintains a sense of country mountain feel. and if you don't see a home you like, there are still lots for sale. Residents enjoy luxury club amenities like the Tom Fazio championship golf course, ranked among the top 10 private courses in North Carolina and is the #1 ranked year-round course in Western North Carolina. Also lighted Har-Tru® tennis courts, a luxury fitness center, heated pool, hydro spa and sun deck, dining options, walking trails and much more. You can download a map of the area here. Fox Run Preserve
Another neighborhood I went through while out there is Fox Run Preserve. A fairly young neighborhood, there are homes and lots for sale. Homes are arts and crafts style, with large lush yards and some stunning mountain views. There will be a total of 44 homes when complete. There is a small pond for fishing, an overlook dock and fire pit for picnics. You will also find 2 parks and and walking trails. You can download a map of the community here. The third community I drove through is Azalea Ridge. It is located just across the road on Willow from Champion Hills. There were only three homes completed in this neighborhood as of this writing. It is a very new neighborhood that is a part of Champion Hills. These homes feature low maintenance, energy efficient and North Carolina Green Built Standards. They are also of the arts and crafts style, and and appear to have large lots. Some have spectacular views, and some are wooded for low maintenance. At this time no homes or lots are listed in our MLS, but if you are curious and would like more information, just give me a call or drop me a line here. Champion Hills Area Homes For Sale
