July is a big month for family activities in the North Shore. Many families head out of town in August so July is packed with fun events.

Gary Kantor, a local magician and balloon artist, will teach a collection of fascinating and mesmerizing magic tricks geared for children. Held at the Takiff Center, $20 for residents, $25 for non-residents.

This is a kid's dream come true - seeing and investigating the Village's trucks. On display will be a firetruck, tractor, police car, ambulance, and dump truck. Head to downtown Glencoe - event will be held rain or shine!
GLENCOE FESTIVAL OF ART

I love this festival held in the streets in downtown Glencoe. More than 130 artists will be represented and mediums will include ceramics, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, photography, and wood. The event is free and there will be live music, food, and activities for children.
PADDLE BOARD RAFFLE
It's not too late - raffle is on July 13! Stop by the Takiff Center, North Shore Community Bank, or Grand Foods Glencoe to sign up to win a $1200 package that includes the board, paddle, and storage. Go!
And don't forget that the French Market will be held every Saturday from now until October 14 at the Wyman Green. Find fresh produce, meats, cheeses, breads, and more. 8am to 1pm.
