EAT HERE → Hooked JC, a new seafood joint in Bergen-Lafayette at 467 Communipaw Ave. This new spot offers a fresh sea to table menu with simple counter service offering 3 fresh catch options blackened, grilled, or fried as a po’ boy sandwich, platter, or salad.  
 

GO DOWNWARD DOG FOR DOGS @ → Yoga in the Park, a fundraiser for the Liberty Humane Society in collaboration with Live More Adventures on Saturday, July 29. The event starts at 8:15am, includes an hour of yoga and a picnic lunch. Tickets are $25. 
 

CHECK OUT → Bastille Day in Jersey City on July 15 from 11am-6pm. Bastille Day is a street festival to celebrate all things French; come enjoy with friends and family. The festival begins at The French American Academy at 209 3rd St, JC.

COOL OFF W/ → Pier13's Water Activities. Enjoy a fun time out in the water while getting a great workout. Sail through the Hudson with the spectacular NYC skyline as your backdrop, and enjoy incredible views of The Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Liberty State Park and more. Pier13 offers Paddleboarding, Kayaking and Jet Skiing all summer long. 
 

 

CATCH SOME MOVIES UNDER THE STARS → Hoboken's Movies Under the Stars offers free outdoor movies all summer long at Pier A in Hoboken. The July lineup includes: July 12 - La La Land, July 19 - Lion, July 26 - The Beatles: Eight Days A Week. 

CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS (yes, Christmas) @ → NJ Christmas in July Barcrawl in Hoboken on July 29. The crawl begins at 12pm at The Shannon and goes until 9pm.
