Raise your steins and break out the bratwurst ! Germanfest is coming to Milwaukee's Henry Maier Festival Grounds July 28th.
Hours of the Festival are:
Friday, July 28th - 3pm-Midnight
Saturday, July 29th - Noon-Midnight
Sunday, July 30th - Noon-9pm
This festival tradition held on the last full weekend of July every year began in 1981.....a salute to the German heritage prevalent in Milwaukee..where they say that "Happy Hour is Every Hour" throughout the three day event.
Sooo many activities for everyone to enjoy.... Fireworks, Carousel organs, the Marktplatz ....children's playground...the Battle of the Mascots....Bring your Dachshund on Sunday for the Dachshund Derby, take in the music....enjoy the native dancers...and Ohhhhh the food....and of course the Beer !
