Where did the time go?

You would ask me to watch cartoons with you

Our special time walking to the ice cream store

All those science projects

Camping on the American River

4 years as your Boy Scout leader

Learning to drive

And now you're a man...

Happy 18th birthday !

Jim Cheney - It's 100 + degrees and I have chills reading your very moving tribute to your beautiful/handsome son. As a father, you were there for him every single step of the way. Though you were proud he passed his driver's license I felt that lump in your throat the day he pulled away behind the wheel, and you stood there, watching. I know exactly how you feel.

18 years old is a big day in the life of a boy or girl. Thank God you played a vital part in his life to shape him up into the most handsome boy in dad's world. To us, our kids always will be the best.

This is your best post ever because it shows the loving qualities you have, your belief in family, and your dedication to building strong relationships.
They all begin with the ties we have to our family, don't they?

Happy Father's Day to you 365 days out of the year!
