It's a red hot summer in the housing markets of Tega Cay and Fort Mill, it seems. Probably rubs off on surrounding communities, too. I know we're seeing a big uptick in buyers for our Curtis Park neighborhood because Midtown is too expensive now in Sacramento. It's always been that way but even more so with rising prices.

This is one crazy market, Nina.
