Today, I want to thank all, well most, of the real estate professionals back in the U.S.
There will always be complaints made. Things like my agent doesn't call me back, or my agent only wants the commission. But to be honest, after living and working in England for a couple years now, it has all been put into perspective.
The fact is, that in this industry, there will always be some that don't perform and those that struggle with the ethics. But that said, thinking back over all the agents I had the pleasure of working with and getting to know in Missoula and Spokane, they really were a great group of professionals.
That can not be said of agents in England. Agents here don't have the education, professionalism or the ethics of agents back home. There are no basic education requirements, nor are there any continuing education requirements, no licensing, no real standards of any sort. And that, let me tell you, makes a world of difference.
So thank you NAR, thank you REALTORS, thank you Mortgage Brokers, thank you Title and Escrow folks and especially.... Thank you ACTIVERAINers!!!! You guys rock and you are definitely the class of the industry world-wide!!!
