Whether you're a Francophile, like myself, or not, why not come out to Nevin Park on Sunday, July 16th from 11:00 am till 6:30 pm and enjoy the Charlotte French Culture Festival. This is the first French Culture Festival in Charlotte, but hopefully not the last!
What a great opportunity tocelebrate the rich French culture, enjoy great food, wine, crepes, delicious pastries, music, dance and, of course, the pétanque initiation and tournament. There will also be a French-style market (loved those when I live in Paris). French life and culture is very dog-friendly so feel free to bring along your pooch (maybe even enter your dog in the canine costume contest)! See the Schedule of Events below.
Admission is $5.00 (free for kids under the age of three).
