I have recently not been actively posting to my ActiveRain blog. I have been busy with other things, including going back to school to obtain another license in the State of California. I will post about this new license once I finish school, sit for the state exam, and obtain my license.
Rainmaking Agent Referrals
I have been active behind the scenes making referrals to members of the AR community.
I have a client in San Jose that reached out to me for help with investments. After a long consultation to understand his goals, I referred him to a local attorney and CPA to manage the non-real estate related questions that arose.
My clients know they can depend on me to obtain resources for anything. If I don't have a specific resource, I will reach out to my trusted professionals to obtain one for them. This may be among the many reasons my clients become raving fans.
There is no way I could have quickly, confidently, and comfortably made the referrals I made this week if it were not for ActiveRain and the connections I've made here.
Thanks and Gratitude to the ActiveRain Community
As my client and I discussed the areas he wanted to invest, each time a city and state was mentioned, I immediately knew the name of the agent in that area who would be my number 1 choice for a referral. I did not even have to think about it!
My client already trusts, respects and appreciates me. The ability to provide this level of referral service for my client has taken that level of trust, respect and appreciation to an entirely new level.
I've made three referral connections this week. My client has connected with the agents and he will be moving forward with them. While initially he was going to buy sight unseen, it appears now he may be flying out to these areas to get a feel for the areas and the homes there. And, of course, to meet these amazing agents in person and expedience first-hand why I chose them!
I will be making two additional referrals next week. My clients goal is to purchase 5 income properties this year in different areas across the US.
The agents who received the referrals know who they are. We agreed that we would not post specifics about the referral other than to say it was a referral from ActiveRain.
I've made and received referrals in the Rain. Prior to this week, I've never had the need to make 5 referrals all at once. I am so grateful for the community and for the top notch agents I've grown to know and learn from over the past many years. I would not have been able to help my client the way I did without the community and without the agents.
If you need help with listing a San Jose home for sale - I am here to help. If you are moving out of the area, I am happy to refer you to a top agent in the area you are moving to.
THANK YOU ACTIVERAIN!
