Aww, what a lovely view of this floor model from Cavco Industries based in Arizona. Its the largest manufacturer of mobile/manufactured homes in the United States. They ship almost anywhere and if it was not for the additional cost of transporting the home, I might have bought one for myself!
Another issue to keep in mind that I was reminded about yesterday, is the warranty issue. Its not really an issue if you live in Arizona and are planning to keep the home there but if you are planning to put it in another state, think again.
You see, once the home passes the stateline, you are on your own and no Representative however the great the warranty might sound, is going to come to your rescue if you need it. Of course, every single manufacturer of mobile homes take utmost care in their assemblies and they are doing a great job but if something goes wrong, the warranty is null and void.
Having sold many, many manufactured homes, nothing is more exiting seeing a home being delivered to the site, those truckers are awesome in their manuevering skills!
Yes, after many months of agonizing, calculating, planning what my new niche would be, I decided to keep my niche which is Mobile/Manufactured Home Specialist!
Yes, being a Realtor I can sell million dollar homes or at least regular houses where you actually own the land and I would make sooo much more in commissions but no, my passion is selling mobile homes. And honestly I do not know why that is, it just is. But I have a feeling where it comes from and maybe one day I will tell you. Don't worry, its all good!
