Zillow's 'Instant Offers' Controversy Distracts Us
Keep your Ears Eyes your and Mouth Open - reading this post reminds me of the picture of the Three Monkey's one hold their Mouth the other their Ears the other Eyes . I am sorry but I do not have a picture
These monkey's represent in different order "See No Evil Speak No Evil Hear No Evil"
We are not monkey's we are intelligent human beings even Zestimates have hurt out business ----take a stand stop buying leads and work for them
Local Real Estate Boards are finding ways to have portals so our clients can link directly to the MLS and search our listing and not use third party's to searches for information Why are agents paying these companies Those of us who blog know we also can climb up the search engines . These agents are lazy . Pay a buck and get a leads
What happened to the farmer . Who cultivate their local area . The agent who worked their past clients . Yes it is easier to pay for a zip code then to work that back hoe . Read some of Barbara Todaro posts she will teach you how to farm successfully . Check out Michael Jacobs posts on his local Real Estate Market he is using his back hoe . Dick Greenberg posts who constantly works at keeping locals up to date . I would be shocked if he buys zip codes .
Now the the new "Instant Offer" if you believe this will not hurt our business well surprise surprise
Time is not on our side . Nothing in life comes easy . You need to work for your money . Not buy a zip code
