Photography is "EVERYTHING" in real estate marketing!

The internet has changed everything in real estate marketing!  Many realtors are still taking their own photos, some actually taking photos with their phones.  Some realtors still aren't taking advantage of drone photography.  Today over 90% of buyers are searching for homes themselves on various real estate sites.  Regardless which site they are on, they input the perameters of their search and then properties matching those perameters are listed.  They show one and only one photo, a price, an address and a short description.  If that photo doesn't get their attention, they may never see the description or the other photos, which may be spectacular.

The number of realtors not hiring professional photographers, not using FAA approved drone photographers for those properties that warrant aerial photos and not using the right "First Photo" is mind boggling to me.  Watch this short video sharing how I get listings because so many realtors are not using correct photography.  I'd love to see your comments and an your thoughts on the use of professional photographers and FAA approved Drone Photographers... Thanks to all who participate!
