Time Management

I am a member of a local Toast Masters Club.   Our topic today was time management.  In order to practice good time management skills, one must exercise self control.  We do this by setting goals, writing them down and then priortizing them.  Quite the challenge in our industry.  I have found that one of the best ways to accomplish this is through systems.  I have a system for my selling presentation, buyer presentation, what happens when I go under contract.  What happens once the closing is complete.  In the book, The E Myth, by Michael Gerber, he states that we all must treat our business like it is a franchise ready to be sold in order to be truly successful.  So, I challenge all of you to work on at least one system that will allow you to enhance your productiveness which will also improve your time management skills.
