As you probably already know .... not every real estate transaction is smooth sailing and sometimes the unexpected pops up! Here are a few things that might happen in a "worst case scenario" but I hope it doesn't!
- Oh My ... There's MOLD!! YIKES! This is why inspections are so important as a buyer AND a seller with a "pre-listing" inspection.
- Buyers Remorse! Sometimes buyers get caught up in the moment especially if their were several interested parties and there was a bidding war but then the "3 a.m. ... sit straight up in bed thinking what the heck have I done" thoughts start to haunt you!
- Sellers Remorse! EVEN WORSE!! But it can happen! Sometimes sellers start to think about what they really have and have a change of heart or maybe that job transfer didn't come through, etc...
- NEW CAR .. OH NO! The buyers got so excited and thought "New Home = New Car" and went out and got a new car loan before closing!
