It looks like the Sellers are getting the list price asked for …… if not more.
I have also noticed ‘price change’ indicators for listings on MLS, usually downwards, but sometimes upwards.

The heavy rains during the recent past have caused flooding and water damage to the Islands, as well as the lakefront areas of Toronto.
The Toronto Islands are a popular spot for tourists in the warmer weather but was closed due to the flooding. Now that the water levels are much lower than they were at their worst in May, visitors may be allowed to return to the Islands soon.
